User License Agreement

Introduction
This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Marsa Art LLC (“Company”) regarding your use of the digital products provided by the Company. These digital products include, but are not limited to, software tools, digital brushes, textures, graphic styles, templates, color palettes, guides, tutorials, and courses (collectively referred to as “Assets”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Assets.
1. Grant of License
The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Assets for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use the Assets:
- To create personal or commercial artwork, illustrations, or designs.
- As part of static end-products, including printed or digital artwork.
- For use in client projects, provided the final work is a flat, non-editable output (e.g. JPEG, PNG, PDF).
Each license is valid for one user and may be installed on up to two personal devices (e.g. desktop and tablet).
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Assets in original or modified form.
- Share the Assets with others through cloud services, file sharing sites, or physical storage.
- Use the Assets to create competing products (e.g. brushes, guides, or tutorials).
- Include the Assets in any tool, plugin, or app for resale or free distribution.
- Use the Assets in any content that promotes hate, violence, racism, pornography, or unlawful activity.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All Assets are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Assets; it does not transfer ownership. You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
5. Modifications and Updates
If an Asset is marked as including “free updates,” you will receive updates at no additional cost. The Company may, at its discretion, release updates or discontinue Assets at any time.
6. Support
Support may be provided at the Company’s discretion for 30 days following your purchase. To request support, please contact support@marsaarts.com.
7. No Refunds.
Due to the digital nature of the Assets, all sales are final. Once the Assets are downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be provided. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing. For more information, see our Terms of Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Assets. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
10. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets in your possession.
11. Changes to Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Assets after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
